What we are really good at
We are a small international team of highly-skilled, experienced and multilingual teachers. Though we regard expertise to be important, we place equal value on our teachers also having the required soft skills for teaching, such as patience and empathy. We are passionate about teaching which is reflected in our motivated and motivating lessons.
For our beginners’ courses, we have our own unique teaching method. The main aim is to enable students to speak in such a way that they can form sentences with relatively few mistakes without having to think about the grammar first. Correct syntax and verb conjugation become second nature. Grammar is taught in a practical and down-to-earth way as means to end and not an end in of itself. We regard grammar as being the rules of the game.
Don't take our word for it! Let us know if you would like a free trial lesson so you can sample our teaching method and experience its merits first-hand.

What our students say
Learning Spanish at Bene Sprachkurse was a lot of fun. Within half a year, I managed to attain a good level of proficiency in Spanish. From the start, I felt the joy of my teacher for teaching Spanish, his interest for his counterpart (me) and his will and ability to adapt our lessons to my needs. Many thanks for the great work.

Without a doubt, the biggest obstacle that expats face when they get to Switzerland is the knowledge of the language. For this reason, I am very grateful to have found Bene Sprachkurse, which marked a before and after in my understanding of German. Although I had taken courses in other schools, it wasn't until I took classes here that I felt that the hours invested in verb tables had meaning. The teachers work hard to teach you grammar, but also quotidian culture and, especially, they help you to lose the fear and gain the confidence to communicate with the German speakers.
